This page informs customers about delivery options, delivery times, shipping costs, and conditions for receiving shipments when shopping at the e-shop www.chronoforte.sk.

1. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered via:

  • courier services (e.g. GLS / DPD / Packeta / or another carrier selected at checkout),
  • pickup points or Z-BOX (if available),
  • or other methods specified directly during the ordering process.

Available delivery methods may vary depending on the delivery country and the type of ordered goods.

Slovakia
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Czech Republic
The standard delivery time is 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Other EU countries
Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days (depending on the carrier and destination country).

Orders outside the European Union

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges, which are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the recipient.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are always displayed in the cart before the order is completed.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • the selected carrier,
  • the delivery country,
  • the order value,
  • the delivery method (courier / pickup point).

4. Packaging and Shipment Safety

We package goods with a strong emphasis on transport safety.
Watches are shipped in their original packaging and additionally protected with transport padding.


5. Receipt of Shipment

The buyer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If the packaging is visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • refusing to accept the shipment, or
  • recording a damage report with the courier.

6. Uncollected Shipments

If the buyer does not accept or collect the shipment within the designated period, it will be returned to the seller.

In such cases, the seller reserves the right to claim reimbursement from the buyer for costs associated with delivery and return of the shipment.


7. Shipment Tracking

After dispatch, the buyer will receive an email with shipment details and (if available) a tracking number.
