It is the most ambitious project in the brand's history – an ultra-thin watch with an integrated bracelet and its own manufacture movement with a micro-rotor.

A New Chapter for Formex
Almost ten years after Raphaël Granito took over the brand's leadership, Formex is entering a segment that was previously the domain of significantly more expensive watches. The new Aria combines an ultra-thin case, an integrated bracelet, and a chronometer-certified manufacture caliber FX01.
The result is a watch with a diameter of 40 mm, a thickness of only 6.9 mm, and a weight of just 78 grams including the bracelet. Formex has not sacrificed comfort or the technical parameters that made the brand famous.
Caliber FX01: The Heart of the New Aria
The biggest novelty is undoubtedly the caliber FX01, the first manufacture movement from Formex. It was developed in collaboration with the Swiss company Horage and is based on their renowned K2 caliber.
The micro-rotor construction allowed the movement's thickness to be significantly reduced to just 2.9 mm, while maintaining the comfort of automatic winding. Each movement is also COSC certified, meaning chronometric accuracy within -4/+6 seconds per day.

Design Shaped by Nature
The name Aria is not accidental. Formex describes the watch's design as an object that seems to have been created by the natural action of wind, water, and time. Organic lines flow smoothly from the case into the integrated bracelet, creating an exceptionally harmonious whole.
Both the case and bracelet are made of Grade 5 titanium, a material used in aviation and medicine. Each link of the bracelet is individually brushed and complemented by polished edges, creating an interesting play of light.
The result is a look that is modern, technical, and at the same time very natural.
Dial with an Unconventional Architecture
The dial also differs from common integrated sport-elegant watches. Formex has created a multi-layered structure where each index rises on its own elevated platform. The area around the indices slopes slightly downwards, creating a sense of depth despite the watch's minimal thickness.
A small seconds hand is located at the 6 o'clock position, and the Formex logo is elegantly integrated at 12 o'clock.

The inaugural edition will be available in three color variations, drawing inspiration from the Swiss landscape:
Selva Green
A warm green hue reminiscent of forest environments and natural tones.
Ardesia Grey
Elegant grey inspired by mountain slate after rain.
Denso Blue
A dark blue color balancing between the calmness and power of a stormy sky.
Limited Founders Edition
The first series of Aria Manufacture Chronometer will consist of only 100 pieces. During the pre-order period, customers will choose their preferred dial color, and subsequent production will be distributed according to the interest in individual variants. Each watch will be individually numbered.
The price has been set at €7,600, and deliveries of the first pieces are planned for September 2026.
